How to Order

Aside from receiving our newsletter we will mail you specials that will interest you and your clients. Registration is needed to receive a quotation regarding any of our products and services. Registration also allows us to place you in your various category, allowing us to know how we can best serve you.
Request a quote
Browse our website and see all the products that interest you, prices are now online. You can either add these items to your cart or drop us a friendly email requesting the goods you would like to know about. A Creative Brands rep will check stock on your selected items and either call you back, or email you a Pro-forma Invoice for your requested items.
Payment
If you are happy with your quotation and would like to proceed with the order, contact your Rep to get the ball rolling. You will be sent a proforma invoice with payment terms. Once these have been accepted and initial payment made we can move forward with artwork, branding and layouts.
Artwork and branding
The best advice we can provide is to sort out your artwork as soon as you know you will want promotional items, even before you have selected them. We can then be in a position to ensure we do not allow Artwork Conversion or Generation processes to introduce unnecessary delays. Even a minor change to artwork can cause a one or two day delay, and it is for this reason that all delivery times are quoted from artwork acceptance.Once we have all the necessary items we will create a virtual sample to see the product with your branding or a true view of what your product will look like in its finished form. Once approved by the client we can then place your job into production.
Production
Once artwork is finalised and full payment received your job goes into production. Please note if any artwork is changed you will have to go back into the queue for these changes to be made in our graphic department, and charge for any set up already in place.Production time varies from order to order as we have various queues regarding items being branded in different ways. The following is a guideline:
Promotional Orders:
Small Orders: Usually 4-5 working days.
Medium Sized: Orders Usually 5-10 working days.
Larger Orders: Usually 8+ working days.
Print Orders:
Litho: 5 -7 Working days.
Digital: 1 - 3 Working Days.
Vehicle Branding: Between 5 - 10 working days.
Clothing Orders:
Custom: 2 - 3 weeks.
Stock: 5 - 7 Working days.
Production time will be confirmed with your Rep when your job is in production.
Delivery
We try plan production with enough time to keep deliveries to a minimal, but in certain cases a delivery fee is charged. This is due to clients having deadline which need to be met, and then your package will be charged fairly on size, weight and destination.Creative Brands uses various delivery services depending on exact location and/or size of parcel. These are our general delivery guidelines:
Major Centres:
Small Orders: Couriered to door 24-48 Hours
Large orders (usually over 10kg): Couriered to door 48-72 Hours
Small Towns or Outlying Areas
This method may vary greatly depending on specific geographical area and size of order. Usually one of the following methods is used:
Print Orders:
Couriered to door: 48-72 Hours
Counter to Counter: 2-5 Days
